Turnip Soup
(Kohlrabisuppe)

5 turnips
6-8 carrots
a couple of bouillon cubes
some nutmeg
3-4 potatoes

Peel the turnips like apples by removing the fine leaves from the trunk. Put into a large pot with the other ingredients and boil for about 20 minutes until everything is soft.
