An average guy with an above average interest in the culinary arts. I love all things food. Currently hooked on the Netflix series, “Chef's Table”. I'd love my own food truck or boutique restaurant but don't want to take the fun out of cooking by making it a job so for now I just focus on inventing my own dishes and drinks.
