I love all things food. Currently hooked on the Netflix series, “Chef's Table”. I'd love my own food truck or boutique restaurant but don't want to take the fun out of cooking by making it a job so for now I just focus on inventing my own dishes and drinks. Also, I travel to eat. Just discovered a delicious Jordanian Lamb Mansur in Knoxville, TN of all places. My next project is called Deconstructed Meatballs. Stay tuned!
