Roasted Parsnips & Carrots
Roasted Parsnips & Carrots
Slice:
4 large carrots and 4 large parsnips
Mix:
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp ground allspice
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Toss:
Vegetables and oil mix.
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Roast in oven for approx 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with chopped parsley.
