Grated Fruit Salad

This recipe makes 4 servings

My ex-boyfriend used to feed this to me every time he put me on a diet.



  • 1/3 - 1/2 lb. carrots

  • 2 large apples

  • 3 bananas

  • 3 cups yoghurt

  • artificial sweetener or sweetener of choice
  • Grate the carrots and apples with a food processor. Mix with yoghurt and sweeten as desired. Keep up to three or four days in the refrigerator without sliced bananas. Don't slice and add the bananas until you're ready to serve.
