I've been lifting weights for several months now and haven't seen much progress so I decided to increase my protein intake in the hope that it would help my training. I calculated the amount of protein in this recipe because I want to eat 120 g of protein per day.
1 pound 20% fat ground beef
1 large onion
20 g oil
29 oz. can red kidney beans
15.25 oz can corn
14.5 oz can diced tomatos
Fry the ground beef and then fry the onions in the oil. Mix everything together and stir.
5 servings at 500 cal and 28 g protein per serving.
