This recipe makes 6 servings at 620 calories per serving
1 can beef broth (10.5 oz.)
1 bag of egg noodles (12 oz.)
22 ounces stir-fry beef
2 med. onions
50 grams oil (less than 2 oz.)
2 packages of mushrooms (1 lb.)
1/2 container of sour cream (4 oz.)
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
Slice and fry the onions in 10 grrams of oil. Place in bowl and slice and fry mushrooms in 20 grams of oil. Place the mushrooms with the onions in a bowl. Fry the stir fry beef in the remaining 20 grams of oil. Cook noodles according to the directions on the package. Melt the butter in a pan and stir in flour. Cook about 2 minutes and then slowly add broth. Add sour cream to the sauce. Pout everything into a big bowl and mix well.
